Our Customer Team is currently seeking an Account Manager, Mid-Market.As an Account Manager, Mid-Market, you will report to the Director, Customer Success and build positive relationships with executive level decision makers across a portfolio of mid-market customers (
5,000 employees) to drive growth and expansion, and renewals of your accounts. You will be responsible for the success of the overall customer accounts by driving growth, retention, executive engagement, and continuous alignment to critical business priorities to drive value. Critical to the role is partnering and frequently collaborating with our Customer Success Team to maximize client use, value, and satisfaction of our platform, which will drive user outcomes and impact.What you’ll do
- Responsible for the successful renewals of mid-market accounts, managing the complete renewal process
- Identify and implement best practices for driving renewals for mid-market accounts (i.e. introduce a renewal model appropriate for higher volume of accounts)
- Grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and successfully seeing them through an executed contract. New opportunities can come from growing existing programs or identifying new areas of opportunity at a customer with existing or net-new stakeholders.
- Undertake activities to develop pipeline including seeking referrals, recruiting for webinars, attracting prospects to business reviews, and cold outreach.
- Ensure 10KC solutions are the right fit for our customers based on their talent priorities and program goals. Support in recalibration of solutions when necessary.
- Secure, build and maintain relationships with account executive sponsors and program executive sponsors.
- Be responsible for Executive Business Reviews (EBRs): the approach behind the EBR, executive alignment, and execution in collaboration with Customer Success
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Team in achieving renewals and other key KPIs such as expansion and pipelining to drive retention and growth.
What you’ll bring
- Extensive experience in Sales or Account Management in SaaS. Could previously be in a sales, account management or customer success role.
- Consistent and proven delivery of attaining quota targets and expert pipeline management.
- Experience leading renewals, including all client conversations, commercial aspects, forecasting, and ideally owning a renewal target.
- Passionate about forecast accuracy and dedicated follow up skills to maintain deal momentum and internal visibility
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Highly articulate via phone, email and in person is a differentiator, along with a positive engaged approach to working collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partners
