As part of this companies continued growth, They are seeking to add an Accountant to our team. As the Accountant, you will play an integral role in our team and will be responsible for managing various bookkeeping tasks. The role requires comfort with working with numbers, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly.Advantages

– Manage accounts payable and receivable– Process invoices, payments, and expenses– Record financial transactions in Sage Business Vision– General Ledger Account analysis and reconciliation– Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions– Assist with month-end close– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions– Communicate with vendors, customers, and team members as needed– Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed– Performs other duties as assigned by the manager– Maintains compliance with all ATP policies and proceduresQualifications
– Diploma/bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance and/or Business required-3+ years of related working experience-Coupa and SAP experience an asset-CPA enrolled or working towards designation preferred-Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)-Able to identify unusual entries, discrepancies or problems and resolve independently-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate and work with internal local teams and-external global teams-Excellent organization skills and time management with strong attention to detailSummary
