We are looking for an Accountant to join one of the biggest Development Companies in Canada. This company has offices in Canada, US, and International and lots of growth opportunity for the right individual!Experience in preparing financial statements, budgeting and working with external auditors are important!Location: Downtown Vancouver – On SiteAdvantages
-Salary: 65,000 – 75,000

The Accountant in Vancouver will be responsible for:-Preparing financial statements and assisting with daily full cycle accounting duties
-Reconciliations of bank and credit cards accounts, as well as overseeing AP/AR processing
-Working together with external auditing teams
-Preparing Corporate Tax Returns
-Support annual operating budget process and conducting variance analysisQualifications
The successful candidate for Accounting position in Vancouver will have:-3+ years of Full Cycle Accounting Experience
-Experience in development and/or construction will be a strong asset
-CPA pursuing
-Experience with SAGE 300 is an ASSETSummary
