We are offering a long term opportunity for an Accountant in Toronto, Ontario. This role is primarily focused on managing various accounting functions within the financial services industry. The workplace is dynamic and requires a detail oriented individual with a firm understanding of accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning.Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Regularly auditing financial documents and procedures

• Maintaining balance sheet account, ensuring all financial data is accurate

• Utilizing accounting software systems for efficient financial management

• Handling and processing customer credit applications

• Ensuring accurate customer credit records are maintained

• Resolving customer inquiries in an efficient and timely manner

• Using Concur for expense management

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory

• Understanding of ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning systems is necessary

• Extensive knowledge of Accounting Functions is expected

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proven experience in Auditing

• Proficiency in Balance Sheet Account management
