Applications are invited for the above permanent, full time post working in Finance Services.Duties will include responsibility for the subsidiary company accounting as well as aspects of the University’s financial statements preparation, tax planning /reporting, Finance Services support and to have oversight of our endowed funds.Candidates should be educated to degree standard (or equivalent) and either have a professional accounting qualification or if part qualified, expecting to qualify within a 2 year probation period. Previous experience in management / financial accounting, budgeting / forecasting and tax is required.The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post.This role will be located on campus at Bangor.
