- Have some formal accounting education (diploma/certificate) and 2+ yearsâ experience with accounting functions such as full-cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations
- Have excellent communication skills and are comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders
- Have prepared and/or entered bank deposits and cash receipts
- Have an analytical eye and are familiar with reconciliation processes and procedures
- Have excellent attention to detail and are comfortable working with multiple project cost centers
- Can organize your work and prioritize multiple deadlines
- Are comfortable with administrative duties that support the ongoing office operations.
