Position: Accounting and Payroll Technician Location: Laval, on-site, Fabreville district
Salary: $60,000 to $68,000 per year, depending on education and experience
Job Type: Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, daytime
Secure a permanent position as an Accounting and Payroll Technician for a pharmaceutical company in Laval!
Offered Benefits:– Permanent full-time daytime position, 37.5 hours per week
– Competitive salary to be discussed, depending on experience, from $60,000 to $68,000 per year
– 3 weeks of vacation

Your Main Responsibilities:– Process payroll for fewer than 100 non-unionized employees
– Issue Records of Employment
– Produce year-end T4 and R1 forms
– Make salary adjustments in the system
– Perform invoicing
– Generate reports
– Perform bank and account reconciliations
– Collaborate with operations for project follow-ups
Required Skills:– Studies in accounting
– Proficiency in MS Office, mainly Excel
– Proficiency in Acomba and Employer D is a strong asset
– At least 3 years of experience in accounting and payroll
– Proficiency in the complete payroll cycle
