Description of Work Unit | It is the mission of the Colorado State University Diagnostic Laboratory system to provide timely, accurate and pertinent animal disease diagnostic services and educational outreach to veterinarians, animal industries and animal interests. The Diagnostic Lab will strive to meet the goals of the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and the University through research to develop new approaches to disease identification, investigation, prevention and through education of professional veterinary medical, graduate and post doctoral students. |

Position Summary | The successful candidate will have a desire to learn office/accounting processes and procedures, be highly motivated, detail orientated, and responsible. This position is temporary for up to 40hours per week. This is an on campus-in person position. Tasks and Skills: ·Work with Accounts Receivable, daily revenue reports and reconciliation, cash receipts, collections, bank deposits, ·Journal Entries ·Disbursement vouchers ·Reconciliation and balancing of various types of accounts ·Various miscellaneous office and accounting duties |
Position Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED. |
Preferred Qualifications | Familiarity with University accounting systems. |
