Job DescriptionAbout Olympic Peninsula National Park:Designated by UNESCO as an International Biosphere Reserve and a World Heritage Site, Olympic consists of several distinct ecosystems. The over 70 miles of rugged and beautiful pacific coastline, the wild, magical forests, the glacier-capped mountains and the calm lakes, make for an almost impossibly diverse and wide range of natural beauty.Lake Quinault Lodge is one such place. Built in 1926 and sitting above the shoreline of Lake Quinault with an expansive lawn out to the lake, the Lodge retains the turn of the century wooded feeling, with a warm and welcoming nature. The lodge includes an indoor pool, a sauna, a gift shop, and game rooms.The Accounting Coordinator I will support the efficient operation of the company by assisting with a wide range of administrative and accounting functions. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.Job Responsibilities
- Making journal or ledger entries
- Partnering with other staff members to compile, analyze, and report financial data.
- Assisting with tax preparation, audits, and identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Using bookkeeping software and entering information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurate.
- Ensuring that company bills are paid, and debts are collected.
- Staying current on the company, local, state, and federal financial regulations, and policies.
- Assist in special projects and year end projects as requested

- Previous experience interacting with auditors is desirable
- Knowledge Oracle Financial or other financial Sofware is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or similar field strongly preferred.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office
