Job Description:We are partnering with an excellent organization looking to add an Accounting Manager to their team. This is a full-time/permanent role on site.Advantages:-Competitive salary (80-85K) + opportunity for a bonus-Full benefits-3 weeks vacation-Free parkingResponsibilities:-Ensuring prompt payment of accounts payable and taking all reasonable discounts-Prompt collection of accounts receivable-Timely processing of payroll transactions-Making required debt payments on time-Maintaining the chart of accounts-Posting and maintaining bank reconciliations-Assisting external accounting firm with required documents-Keeping an orderly accounting filing system-Managing overall inventory for accuracy-Maintaining a system of controls over accounting transactions-Implementing and maintaining ERP systems and transactions-Producing and maintaining cash flow process-Ensure sick days & vacation days are logged-Month end – Year end procedures are set-Ensure there is a method and tracking of all assets-Complete cashflow statements-Weekly Cash Position Report-Financial Statements issuingRequirements:Qualifications-Post secondary education in Accounting, Finance or in a related field-2+ years of experience in a similar or relevant role-Proficient in full cycle accounting-Excellent working knowledge of preparing financial statements-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel-Knowledge and experience in different ERP systems-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Excellent multitasking skills-Strong organizational and time management skills
Expected salary
$80000 – 85000 per year
