Manage fixed assets: process transfers and disposals – Update the asset auxiliary – Process and code payments for asset sales – Prepare and record journal entries – Reconcile accounts – Balance inter-company accounts – Follow up supporting documents for disposals – Respond to divisional requests for information.Your assets for this position!
DEP in accounting or equivalent
Experience with bank reconciliations and/or fixed assets
Advanced MS Excel skills
Knowledge of the Oracle system
Bilingual French and English (spoken and written)
Attention to detail and precision
Ability to juggle several tasks/projects simultaneously
Good interpersonal skillsA self-starter, able to adapt to dynamic work environments with a routine component.
