Are you an organized and detail-driven accounting professional? We’re looking for an Accounting Technician to manage daily bookkeeping and support key accounting functions. In this vital role, you’ll ensure financial accuracy and help keep the office running smoothly. If you’re ready to make a significant impact with your attention to detail and strong accounting skills, this is the opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:– Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and maintaining ledgers.
– Support payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
– Prepare and reconcile bank and intercompany accounts regularly.
– Maintain and update prepaid and fixed asset schedules.
– Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation as needed.Qualifications:– 2+ years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
– Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
– Knowledge of payroll processes and reconciliations is an asset.
