The Accounting Technician for this position in Vaudreuil-Dorion will be responsible for
Perform full-cycle bookkeeping (payables, receivables, bank reconciliation)
Collaborate with customers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and receiving.
Analyze sales and cost of goods.
Process invoicing and payment receipts efficiently.
Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end work files.
Other accounting-related duties as assigned by Team Leader.Qualifications
The accounting technician holds
College, professional or other diploma in accounting (asset)
Intermediate level with MS Excel (pivot tables, v lookup).
2 years’ experience in complete bookkeeping.
Experience working with an ERP system is an asset.Summary
