As a result of continued growth within our practice, we are currently seeking a Senior Associate for our national team that will have the flexibility to sit in any of our offices or work remotely with travel for specific projects as needed. Our practice’s industry-focused teams (Financial Services; Industrial & Consumer Goods; Private Equity; Professional Services; Real Estate, Construction & Hospitality Technology & Life Sciences) provide turn-key solutions from past experience to create long-term solutions for their current needs with a forward-looking lens of the future.

As a Senior Associate, you will:

Work with a team of professionals to provide consulting services to multiple client relationships as they navigate improvement opportunities and implement solutions to create value within their organization; participate in all stages of engagements including providing assistance with planning, field work, engagement wrap up and deliverable composition. Your passion for excellent client service will be demonstrated through the diligent assessment of the “current state” of our client’s Corporate Accounting and Finance departments to help transition to their desired “future state,” which can include digitizing or automating accounting workflows, optimizing processes, and providing specific and custom solutions to improve outputs. These value-added services will be focused on functional areas including:

  • Strategy & Organizational Design for Accounting processes that can include:
  • Policy Development & Execution
  • Process Design
  • Post-Acquisition Accounting Integration
  • Accounting Department Assessment including efficiency optimization, metric benchmarking & business cycle reviews
  • Fractional CFO and co-sourced accounting functions to execute accounting and FP&A responsibilities
  • Business Process Transformation including:
  • Process Workflow & Documentation Buildout
  • Change Management Oversight & Continuous Monitoring
  • Strategic Road Mapping and execution on company led strategy that could include ESG readiness, Digital Asset adoption and reporting compliance, or other transformative initiatives

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA license (active or in process)
  • Three (3) or more years of experience within a public accounting firm and / or industry environment performing audit, accounting or consulting services; ability to develop and implement strategies to transform accounting processes and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements, system enhancements, and automation opportunities
  • Experience conducting process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement and streamline workflows
  • Experience in an environment with SAP, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday, Yardi, or Quickbooks
  • Strong organizational skills including experience with planning and leading a project from start to finish
  • Capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously while working independently and within a group environment
  • Robust written and verbal communication skills, including ability to adapt style and messaging to effectively communicate with professionals at all levels both within the client organization and the firm
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with a focus on details and accuracy
  • Travel as needed for firm meetings and client site visits up to 25%

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $161,600. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
