PermanentDublin South, Dublin€28000 – €31000 per annumWe are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join this well-established company. The successful candidate will have previous bookkeeping experience and have worked with Sage software.The role requires someone with a strong initiative who can work independently in a busy office whilst working as part of a team for some duties.The tasks will include:

  • Basic bookkeeping
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Updating records and databases
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Knowledge of Letman package would also benefit but not necessary
  • Administration

Skills:

  • Previous experience with Sage software
  • Proven experience as an accounts administrator or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
