As an Accounts Assistant, you will support our 19 Legal Entities and work closely with other EMEA Financial Accountants, Accounting Managers, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Tax to ensure Dynatrace’s books and records are accurate and compliant.This is an exciting developmental role suitable for an ambitious and passionate finance professional. You will be given the opportunity to gain a broad insight into how our finance organisation works and the challenges we face. Upon joining, you will be assigned a Mentor Buddy who will support you through your onboarding and as you progress you will be given more responsibility and exposure to more complex duties.This is a hybrid position, applicants should be able to attend the office 3 days p/week.Responsibilities:
- Support with various month end tasks to support preparation of financial statements and accounts, including but not limited to; bank transactions, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, Fixed Asset registration and Fixed Asset maintenance and other month end tasks as requested.
- Support the team with month end fluctuations analysis of the Financial reports (P&L and BS). Liaise with all members of the Shared Services Centre in the UK who will have input into those numbers to ensure accuracy and understanding.
- Support the preparation of Cash Flow actual and forecast information to support the accounting team ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the Accounting team for auditing and statutory account preparation.
- Support Finance team with process improvement initiatives and help drive change.
- Ad hoc tasks to support the accounting.
Qualifications
- A Finance qualification is not essential, but candidates can be studying towards or have ambition to study toward AAT or ACCA/CIMA/ACT or equivalent qualification. (Study support package can be considered).
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work towards set deadlines
- Can do attitude and passionate about learning new skills
- Able to work effectively within a team environment
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills required.
- A strong work ethic with proven analytical skills.
- Excellent Excel skills
