- Processing invoices and expense reports accurately.
- Maintaining organized financial records.
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Managing payment schedules and ensuring timely payments.
- Communicating with vendors and internal teams to address inquiries.
- Assisting with month-end closing activities and reporting.
- Learning best practices in accounts payable processes.
Skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- A good understanding of financial principles and terminology.
