This position requires a diligent Accounts Payable who is adept at handling financial transactions with precision and integrity. The ideal candidate will thrive in a not-for-profit and charities environment, utilising their skills in accounting and finance to support our cause.The key responsibilities of an Accounts Payable will include, but may not be limited to;

• Maintaining weekly, monthly account transactions.
• Daily rent postings.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Create and send direct debits.
• Handle monetary transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain financial records and reports.
• Support the accounting and finance department with daily operations.
• Process invoices and payments promptly.
• Responsibility for office petty cash float and reconciliations.
• Adhere to the organisation’s financial policies and regulations.
• Contribute to the organisation’s mission and values.

• Not for Profit and Charities background.
• Ability to commute to Sale.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
