Your role

What you’ll be doing

We have an exciting opportunity for an up and coming accountant to join us as an accounts payable administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for making sure all bills are paid in an efficient and timely manner. You will provide administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, monitoring expenses, and keeping a record of it all for tax & audit purposes.

This is a hybrid role working 3 days in our London office and 2 days from home.

Key accountabilities:

Process corporate accounts payable, ensuring a high degree of accuracy, accordance with the company policy and attention to detail.

Reconcile Corporate credit card charges.

Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes with Vendors.

Maintain historical records of all invoices, reports, receipts and copy of cheques by saving documents properly on the network.

Assist with onboarding new users and providing user support for the corporate T&E system, Concur.

Assisting with Audit support as necessary.

Skills and experience we’d like you to have:

Degree within Accounting/Economics or similar field

Prior experience in Finance or General Accounting, processing corporate payables would be an advantage

Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills

Experience using SAP Concur as an asset.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines, especially during month end process.

Ability to perform work with high degree of accuracy.
