Reporting to the Team Lead, Accounts Payable, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring and carrying out full cycle Accounts Payable functions in a high volume, fast paced, multi location company.In this role, you willUnderstand a fully automated paperless Accounts Payable modelUnderstand the complete AP payment cycleExecute weekly payment runsInvestigate bank files that have been rejected and remediateManage electronic payments with knowledge on Acknowledgement, Response, and Return filesLiaison with bank directly on positive payAudit processed invoices eligible for paymentVerify the accuracy of payments, conduct investigations into discrepancies and take appropriate actionManage and maintain record of all payment files for backup and audit purposesRespond, Action, and Resolve inquiries using an internal ticket solution toolVerify account informationWhat we’re looking forMinimum 2 years full cycle Accounts Payable experiencePost-Secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of ERP system administration for Accounts Payable functions (Dynamics, Oracle, Great Plains, SAP, Pronto)Experience with Netsuite and Coupa preferredExposure to a fast paced multi-location organizationExcellent verbal and written communication skills along with intermediate level excel skillsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsHigh level of attention to detailAbility to work under minimal supervisionBilingualism in English and French would be an assetAbout dentalcorpdentalcorp is Canada’s largest and fastest growing network of dental Practices, committed to advancing the overall well-being of Canadians by delivering the best clinical outcomes and unforgettable experiences. dentalcorp acquires leading dental Practices, uniting its network in a common goal: to be Canada’s most trusted healthcare network.
