Our client is committed to quality and sustainability and is looking for a meticulous Accounts Payable Coordinator to help manage financial operations and contribute to efficiency and overall success.Job Description:As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will handle all aspects of the accounts payable process. This includes processing invoices, maintaining vendor relations, and ensuring timely payments. You will work closely with the procurement and project management teams to monitor project expenses and manage financial transactions in accordance with operational requirements.Responsibilities:· Process, verify, and reconcile invoices related to construction projects.· Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies in billing and ensure timely payment.· Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.· Assist in month-end closing processes and provide support for financial reporting.· Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project expenses.· Implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.Qualifications:· Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the construction industry.· Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Why Join Us:You’ll be part of a company that values innovation, reliability, and integrity.
