Adecco is currently recruiting for the position of Accounts Payable – Receivables Clerk on behalf of our client, located in Scarborough, ON. This is a 4-6-week assignment, offering a competitive salary of $26 per hour. As a key member of the finance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle accounts payables and receivables, financial reporting, tax reconciliation, and various other accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle accounts payables and receivables processes.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial and management reports.
• Monitor and reconcile tax installments, remittances, and refunds.
• Conduct bank and credit card reconciliation.
• Audit and review financial information, liaising with external auditors.
• Create sales and other management reports with data visualization.
• Update standard costs, reconcile inventory, and manage client information in QuickBooks Enterprise.
• Respond to administrative inquiries from clients.
• Participate in shipping and receiving of products.
• Undertake additional financial and non-financial tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of general accounting and/or bookkeeping experience.
• 2+ years of office management experience is an asset.
• 5 years of experience in either electronics, automotive, or aerospace sector.
• Experience in the CNC tooling industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Excel, and QuickBooks Enterprise.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
