Job Description:Our client, a leader in their industry, is in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing team. This is a full time permanent position that offers the flexibility to work from home. The selected individual will be accountable for the comprehensive management of accounts payable, which includes invoice processing, reconciliation, and vendor liaison.Responsibilities
- Efficiently process vendor invoices, ensuring appropriate authorization and coding to the correct general ledger accounts.
- Manage high volumes of invoices in multi-currency from both domestic and international vendors.
- Create and maintain vendor records in ERP, ensuring up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure accurate recording of vendor invoices and, where applicable, for re-billing to customers.
- Conduct regular reviews and reconciliations of vendor accounts to maintain accurate accounts payable records.
- Respond promptly and professionally to vendor inquiries related to invoices.
- Maintain thorough historical records of all invoices, reports, and payments in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of contractor and vendor payments for review by the Finance and Accounting department.
- Contribute to the year-end audit process.
Requirements:Qualifications
- 2+ year’s accounts payable experience preferred
- Full cycle accounts payable experience
- University degree in accounting, business or similar
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a high volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be customer service oriented

Expected salary
$55000 – 65000 per year
