Reporting to the Controller the Accounts Receivable Reconciliation Analysts is responsible for reconciling customer statements and presenting them in a prescribed form, making the necessary entries to correct or update related systems and accounting subledgers.Job Duties:· Reconciles billing and payments postings to assigned customer accounts· Creates monthly account statements and prepares them for management review.· Prepare and posts accounts receivable entries in Microsoft Business Central· Communicates work volumes as completed and maintains detailed reporting.· Completes special projects assigned by the Controller· Performs collection activities per prescribed methodology in accordance with management policy.Education, Skills and Experience Required· Post-secondary education in accounting· Three to five years related accounting experience with preference given to those with accounts receivable statement reconciliation experience· High volume charges experience is a definite asset· Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint· Excellent customer service relations abilities, good communication and interpersonal skills· A team player that will think strategically and effectively when faced with difficult challenges· Ability to work independently and in a team environment· Detail orientated with accurate data entry skills· Experience with Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Business Central (or like ERP system)Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
