(BMH3xR1)Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. This role reports to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor.Responsibilities:Sort manual tickets and enter for invoicingReview tickets for accurate billing – internal and externalTransfer all valid tickets to invoicing – internal and externalPrint invoices, match to tickets and email to customerRespond to telephone inquiries from customers, management, and controllersPost bank depositsPost CODs to General Ledger (cash deposits and credit card payments)Scan tickets through Quick Fields for storingKeep A/R filing organized and up to dateOther duties as assignedQualifications:College Diploma or University degree2-3 years’ experience with receivables and maintaining general ledgersExperience in logistics or construction industries would be an assetExperience with MS Navision would be assetCompletely versed in Microsoft Word and ExcelResourceful, innovative, and have a willingness to learnCapable of working in a fast paced and demanding environmentAbility to deal with competing priorities, excellent follow through skillsStrong team player with the ability to work effectively on their ownCapable of performing accurate data entry, with keen attention to detailExcellent communication skills (verbal & written)
