Robert Half is sourcing for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a North York client. This will be for a hybrid, long term engagement.The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible to work with Collectors and support their day to day tasks. This role is majorly Cash Applications and ensuring payment is applied accurately.The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for following up with the client about the payment made, posting the payments in the ERP system and then depositing the payment via bank.The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be supporting Senior Collectors and will be working closely with Excel to reconcile payments.The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be part of Month End activities, Reconciling the aging report
– 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable– Strong familiarity with Status Changes– Solid understanding of Collections– Accounts Receivable (AR) experience required– Experience with ERP systems– Strong attention to detail– Analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy– AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field preferred– General proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel preferredRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
