Position: Accounts Receivable

– $60,000 to $70,000 based on experience and education
– Full-time employment of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in hybrid mode

Under the supervision of the Finance Director, you will be responsible for accounts receivable. The clients are based in Canada and the United States.
Responsibilities:
– Establish the necessary guarantees for all new orders (contract notification or addition to credit insurance)
– Determine and communicate payment terms for new orders
– Track deposits on orders
– Ensure follow-up on orders payable before delivery
– Retrieve U.S. sales tax exemption certificates
– Perform weekly billing
– Calculate commissions related to new orders
– Perform and record deposits
– Fill out and send receipts requested by clients
– Produce various reports and track receivables
Required Profile:
– Bilingual in oral and written communication to interact with clients in Canada and the United States
– Initiative and autonomy
– Rigor, speed, and efficiency
– Professionalism and organizational skills
– Versatility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Positive attitude and team spirit
– Customer service oriented
