I handle two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.I am currently searching, on behalf of my client, a well established company in the west Island of Montrea, for Accounts Receivable Technician. This is a permanent position with 3 days remote work after the training period.Responsibilities:

• Collection and monitoring of customer accounts
• Entering and invoicing customer account data
• Administrative support on special projects as needed
• Carry out account reconciliations
• Complete cycle of accounts receivable tasks
• Different weekly reports on accounts receivable
• Other related stains

Do you think this job is for you?? This may be the case if you have:
2-3 years of experience in accounting (experience in the field of business accounting is an asset)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• College diploma in accounting
• Detail oriented
• Verbal and written communication skills (English and French)
• Good command of Microsoft Excel software
• Ability to deal effectively with team members and customers
• Ability to learn new software systems and manipulate data for analysis purposes
• Positive attitude with the ability to quickly adapt to change
• Knowledge of ACCPAC accounting software, an asset
