Hello, I am Jinane, Recruitment and Business Development Advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment agency specializing in accounting, finance, and payroll positions. I handle two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.I am currently searching, on behalf of my client, a well established company in the west Island of Montrea, for Accounts Receivable Technician. This is a permanent position with 3 days remote work after the training period.Responsibilities:
- Collection and monitoring of customer accounts
- Entering and invoicing customer account data
- Administrative support on special projects as needed
- Carry out account reconciliations
- Complete cycle of accounts receivable tasks
- Different weekly reports on accounts receivable
- Other related stains
Do you think this job is for you?? This may be the case if you have:
2-3 years of experience in accounting (experience in the field of business accounting is an asset)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- College diploma in accounting
- Detail oriented
- Verbal and written communication skills (English and French)
- Good command of Microsoft Excel software
- Ability to deal effectively with team members and customers
- Ability to learn new software systems and manipulate data for analysis purposes
- Positive attitude with the ability to quickly adapt to change
- Knowledge of ACCPAC accounting software, an asset
