Our client, a Canadian airline, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Technician to join their team.Benefits:– 5% annual bonus, automatically allocated to RRSP or cash

– minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables)Language Requirements: English
– Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
– Reasons for Language Requirement: Communication with clients
– Frequency of Use: dailyKey Responsibilities:– Process daily deposits and prepare the cash balance report.
– Ensure reconciliation of sales and bank refunds.
– Resolve outstanding transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
– Monitor assigned accounts and address anomalies.
– Record cash receipts in accounting.
– Verify, export, and log cargo sales reports into accounting.
– Invoice and track payments for the paid bar service.
