Our client offers accountancy and business consultancy services for all types of businesses from sole traders to PLCs. They are looking for an Accounts Semi Senior, to join their team.What’s on offerAnnual performance bonus22 days holidays (plus bank holidays)Free parkingPension schemeDuties:Maintain up to date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practicesPreparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companiesPreparation and review of quarterly VAT returnsPreparation for corporation taxPreparation of self-assessment tax returnsBuilding and maintaining strong commercial relationships with clientsAssist in the development of financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiencyRequirementsProven experience as an Account Specialist or similar role within an accounting environmentStrong proficiency in accounting software, specifically Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or equivalent platformsExcellent understanding of accounts preparation processes and financial reportingStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills.
