Role: Activity InstructorHours: Full Time Contract – 40 hours a week over seven daysSalary: £28,000 per annum plus benefitsAre you enthusiastic, confident, and ready to deliver unforgettable experiences?Pursuits at Carden Park Hotel is looking for Activity Instructors to join our team for 2025. We are looking for an experienced professional in the activity industry.Your day as an Activity Instructor with Team Pursuits:
- Guide and instruct guests on activities such as Vertigo High Ropes, Zip Lining, Segway, Archery, Air Rifle, Junior Quad Bikes, and team-building challenges.
- Deliver safety briefings with confidence to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- Maintain and inspect equipment, ensuring all activities meet the highest safety standards.
- Work as part of a friendly and supportive team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Adapt teaching techniques to accommodate varying group sizes and participant abilities.
- Identify potential hazards and maintain a safe environment for all guests.

- Enthusiastic and driven individuals
- Confident and outgoing, with excellent communication skills.
- Have a passion for delivering memorable experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Are reliable, safety-conscious, and proactive in maintaining standards.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Typical hours are 9AM-6PM during summer.
- The centre is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays outside school holidays but may require flexibility to work 5 days over a 7-day week for team-building events.
