They will beresponsible for developing maximum productivity and efficiency in administrative workingpractices and lead on continual service improvement.The post holder will lead the team of Administration and Service Coordinators (AfC Band 3 and 4), giving direction and guidance as and when required and overseeing their training and development.As and when necessary, the post holder will actively participate in performing administrativeduties for the senior teams and the wider Division.
