We are holding an Open Day/Evening at Innovation House which is based just in front of the Salford Civic Centre. This will be held Thursday 8 February 2024, in The Lowry Room from 4pm-7pm. Please drop by to discuss any roles you are interested in.
We are looking to appoint an individual who will be an integral part of the Property and Estates service providing a professional, customer focused specialist technical service. The role will support the wider team to enable the delivery of organisational objectives providing a high-quality service to customers in line with both internal guidelines, policies and procedures and statutory requirements.
You will work closely with surveyors and support staff across the service and colleagues across the wider Council as well as external customers.
As part of this role, you will be making a positive contribution towards the City Council’s Great 8 priorities such as improving the housing offer, having a social impact and driving economic development!
You will have proven technical administrative skills and a record of accomplishment for delivering administrative outcomes. You will have excellent IT skills, be able to use all Microsoft Office software and have a willingness to be trained on internal systems.
You will have excellent communication skills across a variety of methods and with people at all levels. You will also have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and organise workload and deal with conflicting deadlines.
