We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill one of our fulltime front office Administration, Clerk & Cashier positions. This position will work as part of a team to accomplish the department’s essential duties, some of which include in-person and telephone customer service, routine clerical and data processing duties, and handling of payments and/or refunds along with other related duties. The position may be assigned work duties from and provide administrative support to the City Administrator and other Director level positions.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED; and two (2) years of experience in administrative support, office practices, accounting, computer or record maintenance.

Expected salary

$22.4 – 32 per hour
