We focuses on providing senior level sales and marketing services for the well qualified independent senior consultant who is looking to expand their technical network and clientele.We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrative Assistant with previous admin experience in a customer-focused environment, strong administration skills, including minute taking, letter writing and email management, excellent communication, organisation and IT skills.Working as the Administrative Assistant you will need to effectively manage multiple priorities in this varied and integral role.Your duties as Administrative Assistant will include:· Serve as the main point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders
· Screen and direct emails, handling requests and queries efficiently
· Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel plans
· Oversee HR-related tasks, including tracking leave and allowances
· Take minutes and produce reports, presentations, and briefs
· Maintain an organised digital filing system
· Coordinate office supplies and manage invoices, bills, and insurance
· Ensure property compliance, manage property inventories, and oversee tenant deposit protection
· Follow up on property-related enquiries and organise property keysSkills & Experience· Well-organised with the ability to multitask effectively
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Confident using office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
· Detail-oriented and trusted to handle confidential information
· Experience in an administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment
