Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Hourly Rate: $18.00/hr
Shift Dates: Monday – Friday (6:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.)
Location: Smyrna, TN
Indeed Flex is hiring a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for their cosmetics client in Smyrna, TN.

Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
- Human resources experience is highly preferred
- Spanish speaking/bilingual
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains filing systems
- Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for owners and managers
- Maintains relationships with vendors and keeps a record of invoices
- Research and return unauthorized/unwanted purchases/damaged goods for refunds
- Help HR Manager with recruiting, time card processing, etc
