Administrative & Finance Manager

Part-time

Agilytic

Brussels, Belgium

What is your mission?

Help a fast-growing data consultancy scale effectively by ensuring seamless administrative operations and solid financial management.

More concretely, what will you do day-to-day?

As our Administrative & Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in the backbone of Agilytic’s operations. You’ll support our growth by keeping our finances in check, our processes efficient, and our internal operations running smoothly.

You will work closely with the leadership team, colleagues, and external partners to:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations: invoicing (in and out), expense tracking, cash flow follow-up, vendor payments, accounts reconciliation;
  • Liaise with our external accounting and payroll providers for monthly closings and regulatory compliance;
  • Contribute to management accounting and contribute to financial reporting and planning;
  • Manage bid documentation and ensure efficient document flow for requests for proposals to meet submission deadlines;
  • Ensure smooth administrative processes: contract management, insurance, procurement, office support;
  • Continuously optimize tools and processes: identify opportunities for automation, integrate digital tools, and improve workflows;
  • Provide operational support across HR (onboarding, documentation, payroll input), legal compliance, and internal policy updates.

Requirements

Your Background:

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • You have demonstrated experience in being a proactive solution-finder at an SME, in an administrative, finance, or operations role;
  • You are fluent in English and French, written and spoken;
  • Dutch is a plus, but not mandatory.

Your Professional Skills:

  • Solid understanding of management accounting concepts and financial operations;
  • Strong working knowledge of the Office suite and digital tools experience with accounting or ERP systems is a plus;
  • You know your way around legal and compliance processes (no law degree needed – just good judgment).

Your Personal Skills:

  • You enjoy supporting others and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes;
  • You are reliable, organized, and detail-oriented – nothing escapes your radar. After mastering a task, you consistently execute it with precision;
  • You work well under deadlines and stay cool when juggling multiple responsibilities because you master you To-Do list;
  • You are digitally savvy and always looking for ways to improve efficiency;
  • You’re curious, proactive, and enjoy learning how things work (and how they could work better).
