Job Opportunity: Administrative Officer
Pay: £11.99 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Location: Belfast, BT4
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Job Duties:
As an Administrative Officer in Belfast, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing requests such as room bookings, logging faults, and assisting with Premises weekly checks based on internal email communications.
- Answering telephone calls, logging any incidents, and collaborating with the Department Energy Manager as and when requested.
- Providing reception cover as and when requested.
- Handling finance tasks including setting up purchase order numbers, processing invoices, receipts, and journals as requested. Running finance reports as needed and supporting the Premises Officer with finance requests. Requesting Stationary Orders.
- Undertaking general administration-related duties as and when requested.
Entry Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (A-C Grade or Level 2 Equivalent)
- Basic Access NI Check
