Job description

Berry Recruitment are currently seeking an Administrative Officer on a temp to perm basis for our client based in Hemel Hempstead. This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including reception duties, facilities management, and general administrative tasks.

Pay rate of the Administrative Officer: £12.71 per hour

Working hours of the Administrative Officer: Monday – Friday (8am-5pm).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage parking permits, coordinating with visitors, and ensuring accurate allocation.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, booking appointments, and issuing passes.
  • Assist with on-site contractors and communicate with landlords.
  • Oversee meeting room reservations, set up, and general facilities management.
  • Refill printers, order stationery, and handle general administrative and maintenance duties.

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent English communication skills for visitor interaction and parking coordination.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
