Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional with experience in healthcare, particularly in the Home Care industry? We are seeking a full-time, in-office Administrative Specialist to manage HR functions for Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs). If you’re passionate about supporting caregivers and ensuring smooth operations, this opportunity is for you!Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Orientation: Lead weekly orientation sessions, manage new hire paperwork, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, provide performance feedback, and implement strategies to enhance retention and engagement.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, training logs, performance reviews, and attendance.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in enforcing HR policies and procedures in adherence to the employee handbook and state regulations.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and support employee career development initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Organize performance review processes, gather feedback, and document evaluations.
  • Office Management & Clerical Duties: Answer phones, manage schedules, handle correspondence, and perform filing duties for efficient office operations.
  • Scheduling & On-Call Duties: Perform scheduling duties as needed and manage on-call responsibilities periodically.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as a point of contact between departments, assist with event planning, and facilitate communication within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in home care.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
