| Job Summary | Administrative Assistant to the Division faculty; CV maintenance; licensing, credentialing, effective calendar management; preparing faculty travel and itineraries; dictation and e-mail as requested; gathers information for upcoming projects; provides accurate, responsive administrative support to the division faculty. Responsible for the Division Gut Club meetings which involves reaching out to potential vendor support, setting up the meetings, arranging for travel and hotel arrangements for guest speakers. |
