This role will be part of the team who help establish this school and ensure a seamless transition for our staff and students.
Under the direction of the School Manager, the Administration Support Coordinator is responsible for providing and supporting a broad range of administrative functions to ensure effective delivery of the teaching and research activities. The Administrative Support Coordinator plays a key role in the establishment, maintenance and improvement of school systems and processes to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the school.
Responsibilities:
- Administration for academic teaching support.
- Administration of recruitment activities.
- Develop and maintain detailed filing systems, spreadsheets, databases, websites, and other administrative systems as required
Who You Are:
Our ideal candidate will enjoy providing customer service, supporting colleagues and collaborating with a team to establish and embed the school’s systems and processes.
Do you have the following characteristics?
- Demonstrated experience providing effective customer service and support to clients at all levels.
- Highly proficient computer literacy with excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications and advanced numeracy skills.
- Ability to make sound judgements and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated experience supporting and contributing to projects and initiatives.
