Our Occupational Health team specialise in the care and well-being of our people at work, and we have an exciting and rare opportunity for you to join this nurse led team.We require a part-time Occupational Health Administrator to join our existing administrative team. You must be computer literate and be proficient in using web-based systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and have good typing skills.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and use of the Internet and Trust Intranet is essential along with high level of organisational and administrative ability and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Significant previous experience of working in a busy office in the NHS and the ability to work alone and prioritise effectively and appropriately along with previous experience of reception work is also a requirement.For this role you need to be passionate about the needs of our staff.   • Significant previous experience of working in a busy office in the NHS
  • Previous experience of reception work
  • Can use initiative and problem solve within agreed boundaries

Desirable

  • Previous experience of working in an Occupational Health service
  • Previous team leadership experience in the NHS or Training such as Mary Seacole

  • Complete mandatory training as required
