Reigate (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)

Full time, Permanent

Due to expected and exciting growth Just Group are excited to offer fulfilling opportunities for individuals seeking to join our Customer Services team as an Administrator within our Gifl and Long Term Care area.

As an Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued customers, partners, and external parties. You will always prioritise achieving the best customer outcomes. We have a flexible hybrid working policy, meaning that you will spend 40% of your time in the office and we’ll provide all the necessary IT equipment to work from home

You’ll receive comprehensive training, and your Team Leader will ensure you have all the support required to excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently and accurately process administrative tasks in compliance with company standards and procedures.

Deliver prompt and efficient responses to customer enquiries, whether by inbound or outbound calls, emails, or post.

Take ownership and responsibility for resolving customer concerns.

Organise and plan your work effectively to achieve team and personal objectives

Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers at all times.

Undertake additional duties, such as returning original documents to customers, as required.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in customer service or administration, with a strong emphasis on delivering excellent customer service

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with a focus on English and Maths (grade C or above)

Experiencer using Microsoft Office applications (i.e Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Good organisational and planning abilities

Keen attention to detail and accuracy
