AdministratorDoncaster, DN4 5NUCompetitive Salary Plus BonusThe RoleWe are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team based at our head office in Doncaster. You will play an important role within the business ensuring that our candidates and clients are compliant, and our candidates are paid on time. Attention to detail is key in this role as you will be processing candidates’ hours, checking Right to Work documents and carrying out weekly and monthly audits.Key Responsibilities
- Collating candidate new starter information from each division and checking candidate compliance ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Carrying out Right to Work checks on candidates.
- Preparing new starter details and accurately inputting onto a spreadsheet.
- Liaising with the relevant departments to resolve payroll queries.
- Processing P45 requests for leavers.
- Keeping spreadsheets up to date with changes to pay rates and charge rates.
- Inputting weekly invoices to be paid onto an Excel spreadsheet.
- Carrying out weekly and monthly audits on our candidates and clients.
- Completing payroll reports for the directors.
- Keeping candidate information confidential at all times and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks as and when required.
Your Skills and Experience
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail as you will be working with numbers and carrying out Right to Work checks.
- Able to work to deadlines and manage workloads.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have a positive can do attitude towards our clients, candidates, and employees of Venatu.
