Working for our fantastic client in their Dorking office, this role is focused on providing support to the Financial Adviser whilst developing your career through studying to achieve The Award in Financial Services (administration modules) or Financial Planning Certificate.

Job Description:
- Preparing paperwork and documentation to produce a detailed client meeting pack
- Keeping CRM systems up to date and liaising with external providers for information
- Liaising with administration centres regarding client transactional fund information
- General administration duties; answering telephones, client enquiries, correspondence,
- Diary management, managing meeting note actions
- Investigate queries raised by advisers
- Ensuring that the file is fully complete as per advice guidance notes prior to submission to paraplanner
- Covering Reception, greeting clients
- Carry out start and end of day of business premises
- Develop and maintain professional relationships both internally and externally
Person Specification:
- Good standard of education including GCSE English & Maths grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
- Good understanding of the financial industry
- IT literate
- Well organised, methodical with excellent attention to detail
- Prepared to take responsibility for own tasks and prioritise workloads
- Prepared to study to achieve The Award in Financial Services (administration modules) or Financial Planning Certificate
