Job DescriptionAdministratorWe are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to support our clients growing operations and contribute to their ongoing success. As an administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient run of day-to-day business operations.Location: Burton-on-Trent
Pay-rate: £11.44-£12.00Phr, based on experienceResponsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to the team.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and other filing systems.
- Coordinate and schedule company meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrator or in a similar administrative role is required.
