Recruitment Support Administrator
Burgess Hill, up to £26K plus bonus, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours between 8.00am – 5.00pm (8am – 4pm or 9am to 5pm on a rota basis), 20 days holiday plus bank holiday, free parking on site, pension
We are thrilled to be working with one of our established clients, based in Burgess Hill who are currently seeking a Recruitment Support Administrator to join their busy and dynamic Apprenticeship team. This is an exciting role for a candidate with previous experience working within administrative roles, with excellent IT skills.
The Recruitment Support Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative and learner support. The role will require a candidate who will actively play a key part in the learner engagement before and throughout their apprenticeship ensuring a successful journey. As such the ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an office administrator, excellent communication skills and the organisational skills to ensure the businesses administration process continues to be successful.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To take a proactive part in the smooth running of the office and addressing any issues or problems with the support of your team and line manager
- To ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner meeting the business standard of service
- Maintaining and updating the CRM Database, recording any communication and customer information accurately
- General office duties and curriculum support
- Ongoing contact with employers to include sending out learner CVs
- Engage with Employers and Apprentices
- Booking in Applicants for initial assessment days
- Support the team with learner and employer queries where needed to ensure customers get same-day response to their enquiries.
- Sending out initial assessment offers
- Inputting, updating and maintaining funding database to support in ensuring funding rules and contract requirements are adhered to
- Support learner concerns and issues
- Work well as part of a team while managing and prioritising own workload
- Occasionally represent the company at local events
- To attend Admin Team Meetings and contribute in a positive proactive way
- Support and maintain office cover requirements
- Research, reporting and coordinating a variety of tasks and projects for colleagues
Key Skills Required:
- IT Literate, specifically Microsoft Office
- At least 12 months administration experience
- Customer Service and Call handling
- Excellent attention to detail, professional and approachable
- Customer service experience
- Experience with CRM software (input) would be highly advantageous
