We have partnered with a leading business in Oxford, OX1 to recruit for an Administrator to join their business on 12 month contract. If you thrive working in a varied role then this could be perfect for you!Job Title: AdministratorLocation: Oxford, OX1Salary: Up to £32,000pa + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and an extensive benefit packageHours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pmContract Details: Fixed Term Contract – 12 months to cover maternity leaveResponsibilities:
- Oversee the studio’s operations, ensuring sufficient stock of stationery, kitchen, and office supplies, and handling confidential waste management.
- Aid in the implementation and maintenance of business processes and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the technical team, including booking travel, printing professional reports and drawings, and filing.
- Coordinate meeting arrangements, including booking rooms, hosting guests, and managing meetings from start to finish.
- Handle front office duties, such as welcoming visitors and answering phone calls.
- Manage office facilities to ensure compliance with Health & Safety and ISO standards.
Skills:
- Proven experience in office management and administrative support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
